Returns Policy
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unlikely event your goods are not what you expected, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Customised special orders are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at surflex@surflex.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package, for you to arrange delivery accordingly. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to make a separate purchase for the correct item, then request a return for the item you have, pending separate approval.
REFUNDS
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, which will be estimated and advised when we notify you of your request being accepted.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to fulfil the refund process.
